These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website timeback-ai.com and your purchase of the TimeBack AI — 10-Minute Note System (the "Product"), sold by TimeBack AI ("we", "us", "our"). By purchasing or using the Product, you agree to these Terms.
1. The Product
TimeBack AI is a digital training system teaching a documentation framework ("Capture, Generate, Leave") designed to help therapists, counsellors, life coaches, and similar practitioners write session notes more efficiently using AI tools (such as ChatGPT, Claude, Copilot, or Gemini). The Product is sold as a one-time purchase granting lifetime access, including future updates, for the price stated at checkout.
2. Eligibility and Responsible Use
The Product is intended for use by qualified professionals who remain solely responsible for the accuracy, confidentiality, and clinical appropriateness of any notes or documentation they produce, including when using AI tools. TimeBack AI does not provide clinical, legal, or regulatory advice. You are responsible for ensuring your use of the Product complies with any professional, ethical, or regulatory obligations that apply to you, including client confidentiality and data protection requirements.
3. License
Upon purchase, you are granted a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to access and use the Product for your own professional use. You may not resell, redistribute, publicly share, or create derivative products from the Product's content without our written permission.
4. Payment and Delivery
Payment is processed through our third-party payment processor, Payhip, and its supported payment gateways. Upon successful payment, you will receive immediate digital access to the Product.
5. No Refunds
Because the Product is a digital download that grants immediate access to the complete system, framework, and methodology upon purchase, all sales are final and non-refundable once access has been delivered.
By completing your purchase, you expressly acknowledge and agree that:
- You request immediate access to the digital content upon payment;
- You understand that, by receiving immediate access, you lose any statutory right to cancel that might otherwise apply to distance purchases of digital content; and
- No refunds, exchanges, or credits will be issued once access has been granted, except where required by applicable law.
If you believe there has been an error with your purchase (e.g. a duplicate charge or a technical failure preventing access), contact us at hello@timeback-ai.com and we will review it in good faith.
6. Future Updates
Purchasers receive free access to future updates of the Product for as long as it remains available, at our discretion.
7. Intellectual Property
All content within the Product, including text, frameworks, videos, graphics, and branding, is owned by TimeBack AI and protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Product is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee specific results, time savings, or outcomes, as these depend on individual implementation.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, TimeBack AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Product.
10. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the website or Product after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, without regard to conflict of law principles.
